Karen is very kind and caring. She’s made a lot of corrections in my work and helped me to play the piano and got my posture correct. Teaching materials are supplied and she gives you the materials that are right for you.

I have returned to playing the piano after more than 20 years and Karen has been extremely supportive. She gave me a free consultation lesson and then built up my lesson times from 30 mins to an hour. Her enthusiasm and excellent teaching mean I would recommend her for adults, children, beginners and returners alike.

I started to learn piano 12 months ago at age 29 and after a month on my own I found Karen, she corrected my posture and worked on my technique leaving no stone unturned, I am happy with my progress and enjoying the experience. A talented and inspirational pianist who’s ability to lead or follow with such adept skill goes sometimes unnoticed by the audiences – but we know it. How she has coped and helped us over this period has been wonderful to us all and, as you will hear tonight, she is able to produce her own individual brand of piano magic to entertain us all.
You just try and keep up with the speed of some pieces while relaxing into your own silent meditation of musical mastery. That says it all. Well done Karen.
